Please read the following Terms document carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering any products from our site https://www.sink-tap.co.uk.
Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of the following contract conditions. If you do not wish to accept the following conditions, then you cannot place your order. You should print a copy of these Terms or save them on your computer so that you can use them in the future. We amend this document from time to time and notify our clients accordingly. If you would like to order Products, please double-check the Terms to make sure you understand all of them as they will apply at the time of each purchase. The Terms agreement between both The Buyer and The Guarantor is in English language only.
1. Information about us
Our website (https://www.sink-tap.co.uk) is run by Modern Kitchen Appliances company, registered under number SC542474 , based in Scotland . Company’s VAT number is GB248361592. We supply the Products for domestic and private use only. You agree not to use the product for commercial, business or resale purposes and we accept no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
1.2 Contact us:
(a) in order to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the right specified in clause 9. It is sufficient to inform us of your decision to withdraw. The easiest way to do this is by completing the opt-out form on our website. A link to the cancellation form can be found at the following website https://sink-tap.co.uk/content/6-returns.
(b) for any other reason, including any complaints. You can inform us by sending email to email@example.com.
(c) and notify us in writing. We will do so via email or prepaid mail to the address provided to us in the order.

3. Our products
3.1 Product photos on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your computer accurately reflects the color of the Products. Ordered Products may differ slightly from these photos.
3.2 We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices and specifications are correct. Please be aware that specifications are subject to change and we reserve the right to withdraw or exchange the products as necessary.
4.1 Our site will guide you through the steps you need to follow to purchase the Product from us. The order process allows you to check and correct errors before sending us your order. Please take some time to read and check your order on each relevant page of the whole order process.
4.2 All orders placed by you are made under the Terms and subject to our acceptance.
4.3 After placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that the order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described in section.
4.4 Our acceptance of your order will occur when we send you an email confirming that the Products have been shipped (shipping confirmation email). The contract between us will only be concluded at that time. If we are unable to deliver the Product to you, for example, because this product is no longer in stock or is no longer available, or because we cannot meet the requested delivery date, or because of an error in the price on our site referred to in point 5.5 we will inform you by email and will not process the part of your order, which concerns the Product. If you have already paid for the Product, we will refund you the full amount, including any delivery costs accrued as soon as possible. We only ship goods that are in stock and cancel all that are out of stock when ordering multiple products.
5. Price and payment
5.1 Product prices will be in line with the prices given on our website at the time of ordering. We make every effort to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time of entering the relevant information into the system. However, see point 5.5 to find out what will happen if we detect an error in the price of the Product(s) ordered.
5.2 The prices of our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
5.3 The price of the Product includes VAT at the applicable rate in Great Britain.
5.4 The price of the Product does not include any delivery costs. Our delivery costs are in line with the recommendations during the checkout process, before confirming the order.
5.5 Our site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If an error is found in the price of the Products ordered, we will contact you by email (which you provided to us when placing the order) to inform you about this error, giving you the opportunity to continue to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancel the order. We will not process your order until we have received your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.
6.1 When ordering on the website, payments can be made using most major credit or debit cards as well as PayPal, Google Pay systems by filling out the relevant details on the checkout page.
6.2 By using a credit/debit card to pay for an order or purchase, you confirm that the card you are using is yours or that you are authorized to use it. By using PayPal or Google Pay, you confirm that PayPal account or Google Pay is yours as well.
6.3 All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. All PayPal and Google Pay payments are subject to authorization by PayPal and Google Pay. If Paypal or Google pay card issuer refuses to authorize payments, we will not accept your order or purchase, will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal and will not be responsible for non-delivery or delivery of the item to you. We are not responsible for the charge of the cardholder as a result of processing the payment by credit/debit card following the order, as well as are not responsible for the charge by PayPal and Google Pay payment systems.
6.4 We recommend that you do not transfer your payment card details, PayPal data or password to anyone including us by email. We cannot be responsible for any losses that you may incur in connection with sending information via the Internet or email. Any such loss will be entirely your responsibility.
7. Delivery and delivery time
7.1 All deliveries are made through our chosen courier companies.
7.2 The delivery date for a specific product can be estimated on the product page by entering your postcode. The given deadline is only an approximate delivery time and is not binding on the seller. The mere fact of exceeding the delivery date does not entitle you to any compensation.
7.3 The standard delivery time is up to 30 days, in which case the customer will be notified by email about the delivery date. If the delivery date is not suitable for the Buyer, he will be able to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
7.4 We will deliver to the address indicated in the order. We can only deliver to your home or office address, or to the pickup place by the carrier. If the delivery attempt fails, you agree that our chosen courier may also deliver Products to a nearby address or pickup point after which the seller is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to deliver the Products.
7.5 The carrier will notify you of delivery to an adjacent address or pickup point.The seller is not responsible for the address entered incorrectly when placing the order.
7.7 Orders will be shipped and delivered on business days, not being a public holiday in the area where our warehouse is located.
7.8 In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver your order after the conclusion of the contract of sale and we are not responsible for this situation, we will be entitled to terminate the contract of sale. We will, of course, inform you as soon as possible and refund all payments made.
7.9 All goods delivered in the UK and Ireland, are insured against the transport damage. Due to time restrictions imposed by the logistics company and manufacturers, we cannot process any claims for damages after 7 days (unless otherwise specified in writing prior to the delivery).
7.10 Within above 7 days, the Buyer is obliged to check the item for any damage such as (cracks, dents, scratches, etc.). If such damage is detected, the Buyer shall immediately inform us about this by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After the period of 7 days any of the claim regarding defects damages will be rejected due to above reason .
7.11 If the damage referred to paragraph 7.10 occurs, the customer may not use or install the Product received, but may ask the seller to exchange the Product for a new one or return the damaged item in order to receive a full refund.
8.1 All orders are subject to availability. Although we strive to maintain sufficient inventory to process all orders and purchases, if we do not have sufficient inventory to deliver the goods you have ordered and paid for, we will try to contact you using the information you provided to us to ask how you would like to proceed. We may, at our sole discretion, process any available part of the order. If there is a shortage of goods, we will refund the price you paid for the Products as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days.
9. Cancellations and returns
9.1 You can cancel your order and return the goods purchased by notifying us of your cancellation within 14 days of the date your order is delivered to you. For Products delivered to the Buyer, it may be necessary to accept delivery of the goods before the order can be cancelled and before we receive notification of cancellation. If the order includes many deliveries, the 14-day cancellation period for the goods in the order runs from the date of delivery of the last shipment to you.
9.2 You will lose the right to cancel after the 14-day period referred to in point 9.1 (this will not affect your rights if there are any problems with the goods).
9.3 To exercise your right to cancel, you can inform us of your decision to cancel by email. You can use the form at https://sink-tap.co.uk/content/6-returns to proceed with the cancellation of your order. Please inform us about the problem when cancelling.
9.4 In the event of cancellation for any reason, when you have received the goods, you must return them (including the original packaging) without any delay and within 14 days of the date of cancellation at your own expense, unless we agree that you can dispose of them, in this case, follow the manufacturer's instructions before disposing of dangerous goods. You must return the Products along with all ingredients, as well as promotional items (including free gifts) or additional products with a discount.
9.5 After cancellation, subject to point 9.8, we will refund you the price paid for the cancelled order (or part of the cancelled order). If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund standard delivery charges (or an amount equal to standard delivery charges if you choose the more expensive delivery method). If you cancel a part of the order, we will not refund delivery costs.
A refund will be made within 14 days after:
9.5.1 you have notified us that your order has been cancelled if you have not received the goods,
9.5.2 we received the goods, which you returned to us.
9.6 We will refund your money using the same payment methods that were used to pay for the order or purchase.
9.7 Some Products can be returned by post from your local post office and larger goods - by courier. Please remember to insure the returned goods against any damage in the event of transport or lose your package.
9.8 We reserve the right to deduct amount from the refund for the loss of value of returned goods. In this case we may not refund full amount if the returned goods show signs of unjustified use or traces of fitting. The estimated charge will be established on the moment of checking item by one of our Team member. The full refund is only applicable to items fully unused , sent back within orginal packaging and same condition as received by client.
9.9 In the event of the situation described in point 9.7, we will not be able to refund any money you have paid us for your order.
10. Manufacturer's warranties and guarantees
10.1 Some of our Products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, a guarantee (for more details please see the relevant product description on our website). All complaints, queries or claims under the manufacturer's warranty must be addressed directly to the manufacturer and we accept no liability in connection with such warranty.
10.2 Some goods may be covered by the seller’s warranty. Please read these terms before purchasing at https://sink-tap.co.uk/content/7-warranty
10.3 Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of points 10.1 and 10.2.
11. Events beyond our control
11.1 We are not responsible for any failures or delays in delivery, or for any damage or defects in the goods delivered under this contract, or for any other liability in any case caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, telecommunication network failure, inability to use transport networks, mechanical failures, God's actions, terrorist attack, war, social unrest, riots, strikes, lockout and others industrial disputes, government actions or restrictions, and the imposition or restriction of imports or exports).
11.2 If an event occurs outside our control that affects the performance of our contractual obligations, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you in advance.
